In loving memory of Bradley Stephen Potter, who sadly passed away on Sunday 24th February 2019, aged 26 years.

The Service will take place at Holy Rosary Church, Altway, Aintree, L1o at 12pm.
We would like to invite you back to the reception at the Park Hotel Netherton after.

The Family have requested Family flowers only and Donations are welcome.
We are raising money for the Physio Department in Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital for new equipment, who worked tirelessly with Bradley throughout his adult life.

There will be a donation box on the day of the funeral and also you can donate via this page.

We would love to hear your stories and antics with Bradley so please share them with us.
