After a long illness, at home on February 17th aged 83 years, John. The much loved husband of Lilian. A loving dad, grandad, great-grandad, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and a dear friend to many. Friends please meet on Friday March 1st for service in Durham Crematorium at 10.30am. All are welcome afterwards to Hetton Lyons Cricket Club for refreshments. By request no flowers as donations will be kindly received, if so desired, for the work of the British Heart Foundation. A donation box will be provided at the crematorium.
