What a sad-sad shame.

I grew up with Phil on Fenwick Drive, and have so many-many happy memories of being a teenager and hanging around with Phil, in his Dad's Triumph Herald & then his Dad's MK1 Cortina, and Phil's own Moped, oh Happy Day's.

I have been trying to find Phil for the last couple of years or more, having last met him & Julie in Rossett in 1986, I so much wish I had tried harder.

RIP Phil mate, and I still owe you for all the Embassy Regal fags you used to sub me when we wagged off school together, and hid in the allotments on the Holt Road, and giving me driving lessons in the Cortina in the car park by the old Hippodrome.

I will catch up with you on another day old friend, I am so sad your gone, you are too young to have gone.

To Julie & family, I am so very sorry.

Alec.
