Michael Hudson
Michael Hudson was a Pharmaceutical Engineer but started his working career as an apprentice engineer working at Courthalls where he finished his apprenticeship. He later moved onto CP Pharmaceuticals where he spent the next 20 years working on his craft as a pharmaceutical engineer and building his skills within the industry, making friendships along the way that would last a life time. After his tenure in CP, Michael Hudson took his experience and moved onto a new job with a firm called Zogenix where he used his knowledge of pharmaceutical engineering and project managing to create and develop the capsules that were used to store and release pain relief with people that suffered from migraines. After his time with Zogenix Michael Hudson left for a firm called ConvaTec Ltd where he started as a contractor then getting taken on as a full-time employee, here he helped design in a team where he met his new work colleagues and built a close relationship with the team he worked with.
Michael Hudson met his wife Angela when they were both in a nightclub at the age of 20, this was due to Michael Hudson approaching Angela and asking for a dance and as they say the rest is history as they later married in the year of 1983. This led to them having 4 years of happily married bliss and peace until 1987 when they welcomed the arrival of their first child, a son called Lee. Two years later in 1989 they welcomed their second child, a daughter named Jemma. With his wife and two kids this was the happiest moment of Michael Hudson’s life. He helped raise his children the best way he could spending as much time as possible with them and with his wife Angela taking them on holidays overseas as much as they could.
Later on, Michael Hudson managed to see his very own daughter graduate with a First-Class Honours degree in Mathematics & statistics and later a master’s degree in statistics and seen her start her PhD in applied health sciences.
Michael also got the opportunity to witness his own son graduate with a BSc Honours degree in Architectural Design Technology and also got to see and be a part of his two grandchildren’s life and was also aware of his third to be born.
Michael Hudson was all about his family, always took interest in everything they did and always had some advice to give on the situations. He never let anything in life get him down or cause any unnecessary stress, he loved his work and the people he worked with and also loved his dog.
Michael Hudson was always the life of every party and a big life in his wife’s, kids and grandkids life.
