In loving memory of Margaret Muscroft who sadly passed away on 31st January 2019, leaving behind two sons; Paul and Michael. Her husband (George) had passed on the 26/10/2014 and shortly afterwards her son Mark also passed away on 31/12/2014.
Margaret was one of the best when it came to mothers, raising 3 lively lads in South Yorkshire. Later Margaret and George relocated to the small village of Market Deeping/Deeping St. James and then Peterborough. In their later years, they had settled in North Norfolk in Sheringham and finally Norwich. Margaret met George when she was 15 and he was 17, at Wigfalls department store where they both worked and Margaret would often say that George was a "larger than life kind of soul in his youth" and “was a very cocky young lad”.
After George served his National Service in the Grenadier Guards, on duty in Egypt during the Suez crisis, they where married on 24th June, 1954. The following year on 25th December 1955, Paul was born. He was followed by Mark on November 29th, 1959 and then the youngest son Michael, was born into the family on the 28th July, 1961.
George and Margaret had a good life together and in June of 2014 celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary, in company with the boys and family at a local restaurant in Norwich.
Margaret was a woman who could and would do anything for anybody, nothing was beyond her and she was everything to everybody, especially to the boys.
Her passing has left a large hole in the family and she will be sadly missed by them, as well as her two remaining sisters (Pauline & Eileen), Neices and Nephews and many Grand Children, Great Grand Children and friends.
