Thelma Elkay Emmans (16 Jun 1932 - 9 Jan 2019)

In loving memory of Thelma Elkay Emmans, who died on 9th January 2019 aged 86. Much-loved wife of Keith, loving mum of Anneliese and Dominique, mother-in-law of Mike and Kayte, and mémé of Christian, Pippa and Phoebe.
Long-serving language teacher at Herriot's Wood Grammar School, Fulford Comprehensive School, Mill Mount Grammar School and the University of York, and long-time volunteer at St Leonard's Hospice shop (Tang Hall).
Will be sorely missed by family, friends and colleagues.
Thank you to the many family and friends who packed York Crematorium for Thelma's funeral on Monday 28th January.
