Passed away peacefully on
25th January 2019, aged 70 years.

Devoted and loving husband of Maria,
much loved dad of Teresa, Damian and Adam, dear father-in-law of Jim and Hayley,
treasured grandad of Aleigha, Kyran, Lucas,
Macy, Jai and the late Corey
and brother of Linda and the late Alan.

A celebration of Terry's life will take place on Tuesday 12th February, service 10.30am in the Carnarvon Chapel at Bretby Crematorium and afterwards at the Beacon Hotel, Tutbury Road.

Black need not be worn but at Terry's own request would you please wear something blue.
