In loving memory of Peter James Tipper who sadly passed away at home, following a short illness on 26th January 2019, aged 86 years. A dearly loved husband of Barbara, treasured dad of Tony, Helen and the late Kevin and proud grandad of Louella and Evan. Also a sadly missed father in law, brother, uncle and friend to many.
