In loving memory of Patricia 'Pat' Nora Brennan who passed away peacefully on 19th January 2019 at The Nightingale Macmillan Unit. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Pat will be received into St Mary's Catholic Church on Wednesday 13th February at 6.00pm.
