My Uncle was a lovely man who added fun and laughter to my childhood. With Auntie Zena (they were always together and I can not think of them any other way) he made our visits very special. He was always immaculately dressed but always ready to show us love and affection. My fondest memory is of long walks in a park or woods with him but if there was a hill, he would be first to roll down it, despite his smart clothes. Rset In Peace dear man.

My wife Nicky and I came to know Philip and Zena through Larissa's friendship with our daughter Olivia. They were the most upright, kind people one could possibly imagine, an example to us all. I have the fondest memories of our chats when the girls were at school together and of Larissa's pride in her grandfather whenever she spoke of him. The love and devotion between Philip and Zena and towards their family were inspiring and deeply touching. The world was a better place with them it. My deepest condolences to Philip's family.

Philip was not an ordinary father in law to me, he was also a best friend. A harder working man would be harder to find and I will miss him dearly every day. I imagine he'll be fixing things up in heaven just as keenly as he did down here.
