Ian, I never knew you as well as I would have liked to but I just knew you were one of life's good guys. I remember the stories my brother Tony would tell me about you, he would call you a big hun but you know what, he loved you dearly and I know you both loved the banter. I hope with all of my heart that you two pals are reunited and giving it laldy with each other upstairs. Thank you for being there when we lost Debbie, you truly were one in a million. RIP my big pal and thinking of your family and friends ... keep smiling wherever you are xxx

Happiest times in Albert Drive, laughing at ridiculous stuff you would say Ian. Buckled over we would be (usually at someone elseโ€™s expense) but all in a good taste and never meant bad. I was always the โ€œweanโ€ to you and called โ€œpetโ€ like my mum would call me. Love that you prayed every single night for every one of your family members (even when unwell in the hospital) joking with me that itโ€™s hard to remember all my lots names! Lol. But you did remember. Your descriptions of your sneaky midnight feasts to me on the phone.... wee bits of cheese, wee pickles, wee sandwich... everything wee when we knew it was probably bigger portions! Lol. Always warning off any potential boyfriends with โ€œYou mess with my niece you mess with me!โ€ Jamie would do the same, I would cringe for those meetings! Lol. Iโ€™ll miss your banter and your warmth Ian. Such a good demeanour about you always and fun to be around even when you were ill in hospital. Miss you ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ’” forever and always. Jacqueline xxx
