I have Albert to thank for my whole career, if it wasn’t for him giving me a chance and encouraging me I would not be where I am today. He gave me a chance and made me believe in myself. He was a lovely caring man whom I am blessed to have known and he will be missed so much.

Skip was an excellent scout leader who made had a life changing impact on me at a pivotal time in my life. The enthusiasm he had for the voluntary role, the skills and compassion he brought to it, coupled with a great sense of humour, set him apart from others. He and Shirley taught me so many life lessons that have stood me in good stead throughout my adult life. That they did it for the love of the organisation, the knowledge that they were making a difference to kid's lives and all the while having fun themselves, is remarkable.

Thank you and may you rest in peace.
