In loving memory of Beryl Edith Smart who sadly passed away on 3rd January 2019 aged 73 years.

Beryl was born on 26th July 1945 in Nottingham, only child of Ben & Edith Skellington. Married Norman Edward (Ted) Smart 16th Dec 1967. Mother of Rowan & Neil Smart. Nana of Malachy Smart.

Former Personal Assistant to Chief Executive of Nottingham City Hospital, retired in 2006 after 23 years service.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
