In loving memory of Henry William James "Harry" Hart who sadly passed away on 29th December 2018. Husband of 54 years to Margaret , dad to Lesley & Paul, grandad to Lauren (25) Jordan (23) & Josie (14)

Died at home, with Margaret, in the early hours of the morning. After being hospitalised for a week or so , it was Harrys wish to come home and hold hands with Margaret, and have a family Christmas. His wish was granted.
