Peacefully on Friday 28th December 2018 at Peniel Green Nursing Home, Pat, formerly of Cardigan Crescent, Winch Wen, beloved wife of the late Raymond, loving mam of Patricia, Kevin and Paul, much loved mother in law of Adrian, Gaynor and Kerry, proud nan of all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
