In loving memory of Dawn Jackson who sadly passed away on 3rd January 2019
Dawn had a long illness, but never lost her smile or her humour.
A loving wife,Mother, Nan, great Nan and friend.
Terry, Alison and Dawn jnr would like you to come and celebrate Dawns life on Tuesday the 22nd of January at 10.30am at Trent valley crematorium, followed by a gathering at Nunsfield house, Bolton lane, Alvaston.
