After a long illness, Pam Eaton passed away in St Barnabas Hospice, Grantham, on 20th December 2018.
Pam asked that everyone attending her funeral wear at least one colourful thing on the day, and that donations be made to St Barnabas, please, in thanks for their care and support over the past 3 years.
There will be a funeral tea at the chapel after the service.
