Dear Chris, thank you for the good times over so many years. You bore your suffering nobly, and it must be a relief that you are now at peace. Your memory will always be in our thoughts.

Farewell to a very brave and gentle man, who fought his illness with courage and without self pity.
With very fond memories our friendship and work relationship at Tropical Plant Display, travels to Belgium buying plants and enjoying good food, of our forays to all the Youngs and Fuller's pubs, playing 5 a side football in Paddington and cricket in Richmond Park and trying to "make a difference" in managing the staff and setting levels of excellence at TPD. You will be sadly missed. Malcolm

Dearest Chris,
It’s hard to find words to express how I feel, I do know that your life was filled with love and devotion.
So sad that you had to leave us, but good to know that you are now at peace.
It was you Chris that introduced me to a great singer/songwriter, many years ago.
I would like to think that these words he wrote, mean as much to you, as they do to me.

So we have to be strong, and I’m finding that hard.
We have to move on, but no matter how hard I try.
If your hearts in pieces, you look for the truth,
And when I look deep down inside
It’s too bad I love you

But I’m never going to give it up.

Your big sis Caddybags XX

Chris - we will all miss you so much. I’m so proud of you for a life well-lived and will forever remember your energy and imagination and the enthusiasm and devotion with which you approached everything from your unending love for Sue, your round the world trip to running your own businesses, and simple pleasures like drinking Young’s Ordinary and watching cricket, rugby or United. The way in which you managed your MS with so much determination and dignity is a lesson to us all - at least your suffering is now at an end. I have so many happy memories to cherish but above all you were a wonderful big brother to me - always in my thoughts, always with my admiration, never to be forgotten - your (kiddo) brother Andrew x

To my dear elder brother, Chris. Your passing has left such a gap in our lives, but our memories of you will continue long into the future. You fought your long battle with such patience, dignity and determination to keep going as long as you could. You gave me the inspiration that I could cope with anything that life threw at me by just knowing what you were going through every day. You are now at rest and in a better place. I love you big brother. Tim x

It was with great sadness we learnt of Chris' passing. He was one of the nicest people Mike and I have ever had the privilege to meet, such a gentle man.
He coped so well with his illness, such a shame his life was cut short.
Please accept our heart felt condolences.
