When I first met you Dave at our party I thought you didn't like me it was only when i got to know you properly that i realised what a loving genuine caring Husband,Father,Grandfather, Son and brother you truly were am still heart broken and wish you were still here. When I first met you dave,you used to scare the life out of my 9 year old self. But it didnt take me long to realise you were a harmless, caring, kind fella with a heart of gold. Im gutted I cant be there at the funeral to see you off but im sure Marion an the kids will do you proud. Im gonna miss you, and that little cough. Rest in peace mate.

David u were sure a good guy always good to be round u you were top class with Marion your loving wife and your three beautiful children and being a good grandad to your two grandsons plus we had so many good times together even when u was the chef at knowsley community' college u were the best plus I will always remember your trademark which was your gotee I am so heartbroken but Dave u will always be with me everywhere I go and I will always be looking up at u saying what a great cuz and a great man rip my great uncle
