In loving memory of Joan Holmes (Nee - Potter), who sadly passed away suddenly on 15th December 2018 at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, of Penycae, aged 70 Years. Dearly loved wife of Denis, much loved mum of Paula and Darren, dear mother-in-law to Chris and Allison, devoted nain of Lee and Ethan, sadly missed by all of her family and friends.
