Lynne, today we all went to the garden of remembrance, one year to the day that you left us. However, I think you know that. We arranged flowers, left cards, said our words and I even played a song which has come to mean a lot to me.
The tears flowed, as always. I now know that I'm going to take this pain with me to the end of my days. Life does and must go on but the loss is never far below the surface. That's I believe as it should be.
All my love and thoughts are with you, now and always.

Hi Lynne. I was in the Central Station the other day, looking over at the clock - the spot where we always used to meet up in the early days. I felt for a moment like I could just shut my eyes, open them, and you would be standing there again smiling beautifully as always. It was a lovely thought but then reality came rushing back in.

We should have been married today. We had it all planned. Exactly a year ago we were looking forward to what we thought would be happening a year in the future. But then the terrible events of December happened. So today we left beautiful messages and flowers at your place of rest - and the sun shone for you. It was lovely and your family continue to do all of us proud. I hope you were able to see us.

I love you Mrs Lynne Burt

Xxx

Lynne, it's now just over 3 months since you left us all. The pain is no less, the loss is more profound. Life will never be the same without you. How could it be otherwise. I think about you more than ever and will miss you always. Why do I write this here? Because I don't know what else to do. Dad XX

13 years today Lynne since our first date. We went to see Final Destination 3 and went to the pub afterwards. I was worried I hadn't made a good impression and that you wouldn't get back in touch. You made me the happiest man alive when I got back home and my phone buzzed 10 minutes later with a text message - you wanted to meet again. The second time we met up I remember you consoling me over the fact my teacher training course wasn't going so well. You even brought a little card encouraging me to keep my spirits up.

Lynne, there is literally no one else like you in the world. I really lucked out when I met you and I don't know what I'm going to do now that you're gone. I love you and I always will xx

Lynne I would like to thank you for being a part of our lives, for loving my son so much and making his life complete. Beautiful inside and out, you and Alex were perfect together. A mother could not have asked for more for her son. You touched us all with your loving generous nature and I will always be grateful we had you in our lives. Our world was a much better place with you in it. I will always keep you in my heart. Goodnight, sweet Lynne x

Lynne you are the kindest and most generous person I have known. I amso lucky to have you as my big sister and auntie to the boys. I know how much you love them and you spoilt them constantly.
Today is Olivers 3rd birthday and he knows how much you love him and would have loved to be playing party games with him and yet again giving him more toys. It is very hard not to have you here.
I love you now and forever. Xxxxx

Lynne brought joy and laughter from the day she was born and will remain in our hearts forever. Her smile lit up a room and especially when performing on stage. She loved life and was so excited about her forthcoming wedding to Alex, the love of her life. The holidays we went on together will be sadly missed as also the spa days we had together. She was a warm and caring person in work and at home would never let anybody down. She had so much to live for and will be sadly missed. Our lives will never be the same but we take comfort from the tributes paid to her by her family and friends.
The lights go on, the lights stay out.

Lynne, as your Dad, you and your sister have always been my entire purpose in life. I don't know what I'm to do without you. For 33 years you were the focus of my life. The one blessing is that I knew that at the time. All my love, now and always.
