RIP Ian. A privilege to have been in Sea Scouts with you for so many years when you were my Scout Leader, and latterly to have worked alongside you at Roots Hall when you were still looking out for us all, through your voluntary work with St John. You were a diamond. We will not see your like again. Thank you.

You left us to soon. I shall miss our chats putting the world to rights over a cup of tea and a biscuit.
