In loving memory of Frank Edward Lewis who passed away at home on 5th December 2018 aged 73 years. Loving husband of Eileen, loving father to Stefan and Tammy and the best grandad ever to josh, hemi, Charlie and dexter Funeral service to be held at Gedling Crematorium on Friday 21st December at 2.30pm.
