Passed away suddenly on 25th November 2018, aged 52 years.

Loving and devoted Husband to Kay, Son of Fay and Brother to Claire.
Son-in-Law to Carole, Brother-in-Law to Tracey and partner Dave, Uncle to Callum and Fiancée Jodie, Connor, Lucy and Husband Dan and Emily.
Loved and missed by everyone, including his beautiful girls (dogs) Bella and Willow.

Phil’s Funeral Service will take place at Countesthorpe Crematorium on Monday 17th December at 3pm.
