In loving memory of William MARK (Sarge) Jones who sadly fell asleep on Monday, November 26th 2018 at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, aged 57 years. Much loved partner of Debbie, dearly loved son of Ann and Dennis, dear brother to Ian & Jeanette, proud uncle of Eleanor and Amelia. Everyone attending the service is welcome to wear something red, or any other appropriate colour if they wish. Immediate family flowers only, donations may be given in memory.
