We will always remember Jim for being our kind neighbour over the road...looking out for us and putting out our bins when we forgot! Always ready for a catch up of our news and would make us smile with his sense of humour..

Wow! There is a very large hole in the world all of a sudden. Such a larger than life and unique personality. You'll be hard pushed to not have remembered him. Blessed with such a warm and lovely relationship to have ended his days with me. Such a huge family man and devoted husband. Yes, I love you too, Dad. x

From the first moment I met Jim in August 1991 ,I recognised a man with a good mind and an exceptional sense of humour. He and Eileen contrived to bring Julie and me together with a very memorable champagne dinner. That evening was instrumental in giving us both a new life, and for that I am eternally grateful.
Rest in Peace, dear friend; you left us far too early, but will live in our hearts forever.
Brian.
