Peacefully in hospital on November 28th surrounded by her family aged 78 years, Gladys (nee Williams). The devoted wife of the late Fred. The cherished mam of Denise, Fred, Lesley Ann and mother-in-law of Neaty and Darren. The treasured gran of Sarah, Gareth, Adam, Victoria, Lauren, Nadia, Christopher, Sophie and great-gran of Riley, Hector, Aaron, Finley, Herbie and soon-to-arrive Baby Girl. The much loved sister of Gwen, Eunice, sister-in-law of Tom, Irene and a dear friend to many. Friends please meet on Wednesday 12th December for service in the Independent Methodist Church, Easington Lane at 1.00pm. Committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. All are welcome afterwards to Hetton Big Club for refreshments. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if so desired towards Houghton Blind Centre.
