Passed away peacefully on 7th November 2018 at the Royal Derby Hospital.
Much loved husband of Carole and loving Dad and Grandad. Stephen will be missed by all.
Funeral Service to take place at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Tuesday 4th December 2018 at 10.40am.
