Dorothy ‘Dot’ McEwan aged 85, formerly of Hull and Paisley, peacefully at home in Archers Park Care Home on November 21st, surrounded by her family. The devoted sister of Nan, Kay, and sister-in-law of Tom and John. The much-loved mum of Arthur, Angela, and mother-in-law of Judith and Stef. The loving gran of Heather, Paul, Gary, Natalie, Frankie, and great-gran of Leah, Teddy, Jake, James, Evie and Lucy. A dear aunt of Rod, Lynne, Thérèse, Ged, Lee, Michèle, and a great friend to many. Friends please meet on Tuesday December 4th for service in Durham Crematorium at 1.30pm. All are welcome afterwards to the Marriott Royal County in the Cromwell Suite for refreshments. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to West Rainton Dementia Friends. A donation box will be provided.
