In loving memory of Gillian ( Jill ) Stephens who sadly passed away on 16th November 2018
Peacefully at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff surrounded by her loving family, Jill sadly passed away. Devoted wife to Doug, loving mum of Lisa and Craig, special mother in law to Stephen and Jess, and an adored nan and great nan to all her grandchildren.
Jill will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Resting in the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until her service at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Tuesday 4th December at 10:00am.
Family flowers only – Donations if desired may be made at the service to support Ty Hapus in memory of Jill.
