In loving memory of Edgar "Ed" Croad who sadly passed away on 11th November 2018.

Family flowers only please, however donations in memory of Ed are welcomed to either "Poole Hospital Charity" or "Friends of the Practice" (for the care Ed has received from the Quarterjack Surgery, Wimborne).
