To our dear friend, we will so miss you. Your sense of humour and your gentle manner will be with us for always.

Pete, you have always been there for myself and my daughter over the years. You are definitely a one off in this world. Very genuine,caring honest man who would do anything to make people happy. Lots of great memories and lots of laughter over the years. A true gentleman. Loved and cherished by all who knew you. Love always from all our family. Forever in our hearts and minds. Xxx

I will never forget the joy you gave my Dad when you & your Dad (Uncle Brian) paid a surprise visit to Pennington to celebrate my Mum & Dad's 50th wedding anniversary.
It was a very happy evening - but would never have happened without you.
I wish we could have been closer during our teenage years - it seemed we had so much in common.
