Passed away peacefully on 1st November 2018 aged 57 years.
A loving partner of me Julie, loving pops to Liam, Scott, Luke and Jamie.
Brother, grandad and a friend to many.
A service for Gary will be held at Markeaton Crematorium(Main Chapel) on Friday 23rd November 2018 at 2.40
Family flowers only please, however if desired, donations may be given at the service for Nightingale Macmillan Unit At Royal Derby Hospital.
