The first time I met Mrs Foster, I couldn't be more at home. I fondly remember Mrs Foster greeting me a kiss as if she’d known me for years and that's how I felt. Every time I left I'm sure I was 6lbs heavy than when I arrived, she fed me so much. Mrs fosters cooking is to be desired.
I always enjoyed going down to Nottingham, as I knew I would be welcomed by such a lovely lady. I will always have fond memories of Hermina and the way she use to call me Annie. Well the Lord has come to take you home, God bless an forever R.I.P. to a special lady, because that's what she is, God bless x

In loving memory of our mother the late Hermina Pearlina Foster who sadly passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on 19th January 2015.
Mom was a loving and inspirational person to us all and to all who met her. She was also affectionately known as Miss Lovey, Aunt Lovey and mama. She had a beautiful, quiet, dignified, kind and humorous personality which will be deeply missed.
As a child growing up in sunny Jamaica she met and married our dad the late Alphanso Merrick Foster, started a family, came to England in the 60's and continued to care and raise her family of seven children.
Mom worked as an auxiliary nurse at Sherwood Hospital, Nottingham for most for most of working life.
In those early humble days growing up in Birmingham and Nottingham, mom continually demonstrated her care towards us and diligently attended to all our needs - such was moms love to us all. She was always good natured and good humoured to us and to all she met.
Mom loved being with her family, her sisters, brother, children and grandchildren.
Mom remained loving and faithful to her family and to God throughout her life to the end.
The pain of your loss is still present but the memories of your love is stronger still.....
She spent many happy moments serving the Lord ...... one her favourite Psalms 27 says,
' The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid,
When the wicked even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat my flesh. they stumbled and fell. Though an host should encamp against me, in this will I be confident.
One thing have I desired of the Lord, that I will seek after, that I might dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.....'
Truly you were a unique and special jewel - a pearl - a precious treasure to be with us.
Rest in Peace mom - may the good Lord keep and bless you always
Love you always,
From your family X
