Hazel Garnett (30 Aug 1949 - 29 Oct 2018)

On 29th October 2018, at her home in Soothill, aged 69 years, Hazel, much loved wife of Alex, beloved mum of Chelsea, Faye and Cassy, dear mother in law of Chris and Spencer, loving Granny of Kohl, Bella, Neve, Oriana, Lucas, Keira and Olly, treasured God Mother of Georgie, a dearly loved sister, sister in law, auntie and friend.

Funeral service will be held at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Tuesday 13th November 2018 at 2pm. Friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. Flowers will be received at George Brooke's Chapel of Rest or if preferred donations in lieu may be placed in the collection box provided by George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of The Oncology Unit at St James' Hospital, Leeds.
