It was our love of cats that brought Miranda and I together in Abu Dhabi in the 90s. And I remember with fondness Miranda's help with fostering rescued cats and kittens and her hard work with fund raising. By coincidence we both ended up in Qatar and Miranda never knew how much her friendship meant to me especially in Qatar where my health wasn't the best. She was a kind and gentle person and I am blessed to have have known her. Rest in peace my friend - you will always be remembered.
