Gary is a kind and loving man. I say 'is' because someone who is so loved by so many will always be alive in our hearts. Wherever we met Gary and Karen there was a feeling of warmth and love.

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered "come to me". A golden heart stopped beating hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best.
Rest in peace Great Uncle Garry - love from Jess xxxx

I have lots of memories of Uncle Garry from when I was little - like when he said "goodbye"he would give you a kiss and laugh because I would start giggling because his big bushy moustache tickled my face...but I have to admit the most treasured memories have been created in the last couple of years and are of the time I have spent sitting at his bedside putting the world right and really getting to know what a truly special man he was - even though he had some really tough times he never complained and always had a smile for me, he truly was the bravest man with a genuine and honest heart - I truly hope he is free from pain and in a better place - I feel so lucky and proud to have had Garry as an uncle...he will never ever be forgotten, rest in peace Uncle Garry thankyou for being you .... Loving thoughts...Lisa xxx
