You will be sadly missed by everyone who knew you, Dave, particularly your wonderful family and friends.

Don and I were privileged to have known you as a friend. You were a devoted husband and family man with a big heart. You were taken so suddenly and tragically by this horrible disease and you will be greatly missed.
