In loving memory of Jean Patton who sadly passed away on 24th September 2018.
A loving Mum & Grandma.
Her last days were spent on a Mediterranean cruise when she was taken ill and died in Civitavecchia, Italy.
The family would be grateful for any donations in lieu of flowers, being split between two charities, RNIB and Hearing Dogs.
If anyone would like to join the family in a celebration of her life at Swanwick crematorium and then afterwards at the Post Mill, South Normanton they are more than welcome.
