In loving memory of Patsy Fairhurst who sadly passed away on 30th September 2018...our much loved Mum fought bravely and courageously against COPD and Lung Cancer, and after a 2 year fight, sadly lost her battle and fell asleep at home on 30th September 2018 with her family alongside her.

Our Mum lived a fulfilled and well travelled life and became a friend to many people/colleagues along the way. Having been born in Glasgow, she worked in America , moved to London, onto Chester, then Blackhall, before settling in Crowland with members of her family. For the last 2 years of her life, she lived in a bungalow in Crowland, which brought her much happiness and comfort. Her last wishes to fall asleep in her own home with her family beside her, were granted with the wonderful support of Marie Cure Nurses, St Barnabas Nurses, Mc Millan Nurses, Community Nurses, and Carers.

Mum leaves behind her 3 Children; Joseph, Jason, their Wives Jane and Tracey, and Michelle, her 6 Grandchildren; Joshua, Matthew, Liam, Conor, Macy, and Nathan, and her Siblings; Frankie, Kitty, Theresa, and Kenneth and their Spouses. Mum survived her late Brother Joseph who sadly passed away in December 2017. She also sadly leaves her extended family and many friends from across the UK.

Mum was a very giving person and we kindly ask for Family Flowers only, with all other Donations in memory of Mum to be made to the Marie Curie Charity, who are self funded and provide a truly wonderful and compassionate service , and to whom we are truly grateful for the dignity that they showed and allowed Mum in her final days. Donations can be made on the Day of the Funeral Service, via this Page, or via the local Funeral Directors.

Thank you
Joseph, Jason and Michelle
