In loving memory of Patricia Mona Gratton who sadly passed away on Monday 1st October 2018 at Stanley House Nursing Home.
Loving wife of the late Arthur and cherished Mum of Gillian and the departed Judith. A special sister to Brenda, Mollie and the departed Joan and John and a loving Auntie who will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
