In loving memory of Jan Callender who sadly passed away on 20th September 2018, aged 67 years. Jan will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 44 years, John and her children, Philippa and Andrew, grandchildren, Ellis and Fraser, and sister, Rosemary.
Donations for Derby Hospitals Charity will be used for the Nightingale Macmillan Unit.
Black dress is not required.
