In loving memory of Joseph Stephen (Steve) Forward who sadly passed away peacefully on 28th September 2018 at Nightingale House Hospice, of Wrexham, aged 69 years. Dearly loved husband of Julie, much loved dad of Mark, Tracey and Joseph, a proud grandad and great grandad and sadly missed brother. Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham at 11:00am on Wednesday 10th October 2018. Those attending the service are invited to wear smart/casual attire with a token of blue.
