In loving memory of Arthur James 'Jim' Cooper who sadly passed away peacefully at Cedar Court Nursing Home on 24th September 2018 aged 101 years. Jim was the former headmaster of All Saints Primary School in Rangemore. Beloved husband of Beti, loving father to Martin and Simon, father in law to Wendy, grandfather to Ruth and Robert and a special greatgrandfather.

Richard Williams wrote

I am so sorry to hear the sad news of Jim passing away. I have long lasting memories of "Jimbo" Cooper when I was lucky to be taught by him at Rangemore in the 1970's. I can remember so many wonderful times and most involved Mr Cooper who was an inspiration to everyone who met him. They broke the mould when Jim was born and the world was a better place for his great contributions. Perhaps my fondest memory was singing Oh for the Wings of A Dove at the Winter Concert after many hours of practice with Mr Cooper on the piano.
I will miss you Jim, God rest your Soul and Rest in Peace.
