In loving memory of Gwen Hegarty (Ex - Asda and Hospital Pharmacy), who sadly passed away suddenly on 15th September 2018 at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, of Wrexham, aged 74 years. Cherished mum of Kim and Kerry, dear mother-in-law to Geraint, proud nanna of Sam, Kyle and the late Gareth, much loved sister of Elsie, sister-in-law to Jean, a loving aunty, sadly missed by Derek, Lee, Gavin, Matthew and Nathan.
