In loving memory of Hazel Lawrence who passed away suddenly but peacefully at Royal Derby Hospital, with her family by her side, on 17th September 2018, aged 90 years. Treasured wife of Aus, loving mother to Nick, Maxine and son in law Phil. Special grandma to Mark & Becky and Adam & Lucy. Gone from our lives but will be forever in our hearts.
