Mum passed away on the 28th August 2018 at the age of 84. Her life had been a full and busy one - loving acting as a teenager, becoming an air stewardess in the late 50s and flying for BEA for 10 years. Married for 55 years from 1960 to dad whom she helped with his business. Having me when she was 35 and passing on her love of theatre and literature and also of travel. A great cook, a demon with the crossword and really good at knitting when knitting wasn't fashionable. I'll miss her every day but I know she'll be with me every day.

Brenda was a very lovely lady and we feel lucky to have known her and Ian. So much nicer to donate to a charity rather than sending flowers. From Reg, Julie and John
