In loving memory of Kaana Calfe who sadly passed away on 8th September 2018. Much loved husband to Chris and mum to Keaston. Kaana was such a strong and beautiful woman who always put others before her, always with a beautiful smile and had the ability to make others around her smile.
Kaana will be missed greatly and the hole she has left in our life's will never be filled.
Everybody who met Kaana couldn't have a bad word to say about her.
Kaana will always be in our hearts and always watching over us.

I wish you could read this. I miss you so much! Tomorrow we say goodbye and I wish we wasn’t, I so glad we sorted things out and I hope you knew and believed how much I love you. We were besties for such along time, intact you never wasn’t my bestie! I wish we could get the days back we missed out on but the ones we had will stay with me forever. I love you always “chicken” 💖

“You are beautiful”....it was the last note I wrote in your board trying to give you back a little bit of all the support and kindness you gave to all of us every single day, even when we were looking after you! Thank you for all your smiles, for each joke, because you made our shifts easier to undertake. I’ll be thinking of you and your lovely family.

I had the pleasure of looking after Kaana on and off for the past two years. She was so positive and inspiring, she handled her illness with great dignity and grace. We spent our time laughing and talking and I am so proud to have known her.
Rest in Peace you beautiful soul ❤️ All my love Joe xx

  • Kath & Mark ( Mum and Dad ) and possibly Bea will be there as well. To my darling Kaana We know you are at peace and happy wherever you are, it will take us time to find that place ourselves but we will try. We will see you again I know it and when we do the only comfort I have is knowing you will be there to meet us xxxxxx
