In loving memory of Maureen Wilson who sadly passed away on 2nd September 2018. Widow of Douglas Wilson who passed away on 23rd June 2017.
Mother to Amanda, Leann, Martin and Thomas. Foster mum to Nathan.
Step mum to Raymond, Samantha, Michael and Peter.
Beloved nanna to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Sadly missed but free from pain, reunited with her beloved husband.

I was shocked to hear of the death of Maureen. My mum and myself came to Dougies funeral. She was ill then. I sent her a Christmas card. Last year and was just posting one now. We, my mum and I would have liked to come to pay our last respects but I rarely use facebook. My dad, Vernon gets too upset to go to funerals. Lots of good childhood memories of a lovely lady. A good mum , Grandmother etc. At least she is now with Doug. She was a good woman and will be missed, even by those who like me lost touch. I saw her with her grandchilden when she lived in Middleton and at Dougies funeral. I had seen her at Morrisons with Doug on a scooter a few times. She gave us a green Budgie once, we had her years. Sending condolences to her family.
