In loving memory of Annie Elizabeth Jones who sadly passed away peacefully on 21st August 2018 at Gwern Alyn Care Home, formerly of Rhostyllen and Bersham, aged 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Evan, much loved mum, mother-in-law, gran, great gran and great great gran. Family flowers only please, donations may be given in memory.
